Christmas in Paris is truly spectacular, and famous for its magical Christmas markets that come out every year around the end of November or early December and run until the end of the year. They attract visitors and locals alike to a wide variety of goods for sale from their charming decorated stalls. Make sure you wait until night to get the full effect of all Christmas lights. The biggest markets can be found right in the heart of Paris at The Champs Elysees Rond Point, La Defense Esplanade, the St. Germain des Pres, and the Saint Sulpice markets. You will find everything from Champagne and wine, to clothing, unique decorations, and all sorts of arts, crafts, jewelry and trinkets. Don’t miss the opportunity to purchase some mouth watering hand –made chocolates, jams, liquors and other local specialties. You will find way too many things to satisfy your sweet tooth, and they are only made regionally around Christmas time. If you decide to spend Christmas in Paris, you don’t want to miss the Christmas markets at Disney Village. It has that magical atmosphere you can only get from Disney. It’s fun and entertaining for the whole family
