Going to Paris, France? Well, good for you it’s going to be a trip you won’t soon forget. The City of Lights will transport you to another place altogether. Romance, beauty, history, Paris has it all. And, of course it will be nice to get away from everything, right? No cell phones, no hustle and bustle of everyday life, no internet or e-mails. It’ll be great. What’s that you say? You have to stay in touch while you’re enjoying Paris? Oh, well luckily for you there are literally tons and tons of internet cafes of Paris available to you.
Yes, for better or worse the internet cafes of Paris are abundant and can be found all over the city. Paris is connected just as well as any other cosmopolitan city. So never fear. You will be able to surf the web, send and receive e-mails all the same things you do from home easily. Admittedly, there are some great ancillary things to having such good access. You can enjoy that delicious Paris coffee and pastries while tapping away at your keyboard to your little heart’s delight. By the way, you will need to know about that keyboard. If you are to use the computers provided in the internet cafes of Paris you will need to switch from French to English but don’t worry, it’s done all the time and you don’t have to be Bill Gates to do it. Vista and Windows XP have provisions in them to switch back and forth.
Additionally, remember that is you are using your own laptop make sure you bring your power converter along with your power cable as the internet cafes of Paris use European power and you will need your converter if you are going to plug in. Paris is as accommodating in its internet service as it is in anything else. Paris is fully equipped to aid with modern technology as it is to showcase its history. You are totally connected in Paris, France.
Hopefully, you aren’t planning on spending all your time in the internet cafes of Paris but at least you know the opportunity is there. Of course, you can always tease your friends back home about how great Paris is and how much you are not in the Paris internet cafes! That could be fun. So, bring your address and contact lists in your suitcase and you can stay connected always.
